Peanut Butter-Cocoa Energy Booster
3/4 cup of liquid of your choice- I used Kefir-Yogurt
3/4 cups of spinach give or take
1/4 cup of oatmeal to turbo-charge that immune system
1 TBSP of Cocoa Well, a nutritious cocoa (not sweet at all)
1 TBSP of "My Nutritional Advisor" Ancient Chocolate superfood
2 TBSP of Peanut Butter
optional, and highly recommended is 1/2 banana.
Add a sweetener if you use Cocoa, since cocoa is very bland.
Chocolate-protein is also a great replacement.
Dash of Himalayan salt for some trace minerals
6 ice cubes
Blend on high for about 1 minute, until your desired consistency
Chocolate sprinkles for a fun texture when sucking through a straw
Makes two servings!
